we have ever received by far.

Greg
was our second agent because the first one wasn't knowledgeable about
the short sale process. Greg never misrepresented the process and in the
end we didn't go with a short sale. He is very knowledgeable, honest,
reliable, friendly and professional. He promptly returned emails and
never said no to showing us a place on short notice. Using the
Listingbook site made the process simple and easy. We couldn't be

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $425k in Orange, CA.

and Greg, from the first phone call I made to them, were right on. I
had not bought a home in 29 years, so I told them to treat me like a
newbie. Any questions that came up they patiently explained in detail.
After looking at only a few homes they knew what we were looking for.
Because of this, they found a listing that had just come on the market.
They called me that day and it ended up being the house I wanted.
Several issues needed to be researched about the property, of which they
thoroughly investigated to find the answers. I have already
recommended them to another friend and would do so again and again.
