Summary:

Tony is the fifth different agent my wife and I have used in our total of five real estate transactions and he provided us with the best service we have ever received by far.

Tony represented our needs as buyers very well by providing concise, authoritative information and answered and addressed all of our questions and concerns promptly. He also went out of his way to smooth the way through the stressful buying process by staying on top of each and every aspect of the transaction from start to finish.

Summary:

Tony was our second agent because the first one wasn't knowledgeable about the short sale process. Tony never misrepresented the process and in the end we didn't go with a short sale. He is very knowledgeable, honest, reliable, friendly and professional. He promptly returned emails and never said no to showing us a place on short notice. Tony and Greg, from the first phone call I made to them, were right on. I had not bought a home in 29 years, so I told them to treat me like a newbie. Any questions that came up they patiently explained in detail. After looking at only a few homes they knew what we were looking for. Because of this, they found a listing that had just come on the market. They called me that day and it ended up being the house I wanted. Several issues needed to be researched about the property, of which they thoroughly investigated to find the answers.
