Fullerton Real Estate: Homes For Sale Update

Posted by Tony Leocadio Admin on Monday, August 24th, 2009 at 9:52am.

Currently there are 265 homes for sale in Fullerton.  The least expensive home is a senior condo on Ford Ave, asking $79,000 (it's a short sale).  The most expensive is a 7,000 sq. ft. luxury home on a 1/2 acre of land, asking close to $3.8M.

See here for Fullerton Homes For Sale. The median asking price is $629,000.  The median selling price of Fullerton homes sold in the last 30 days is $420,000.  The median price is not an average, but is the middle price of all of the homes sold.

There are 78 Fullerton homes sold in the last 30 days.  13 of the homes were short sales.  17 of the homes sold were bank repos.  There are only 12 bank repos currently for sale, while there are 80 short sales for sale.   There are another 142 short sales in Fullerton that are in escrow.  It remains to be seen as to how many of those will actually sell and not br foreclosed on.

At any rate, Fullerton is a great place to live. and not just because I live here.  Fullerton is centrally located to the freeways.  First-time home buyers can purchase a house for less than $300,000.   Troy High School is a top school in the nation.
