The Country Road Townhomes is a planned community built in Brea between 1972 and 1976. The homeowners own the land that their individual homes are situated on, and the homes are recorded in the tax records as single family homes. They are not condominiums. There are 345 beautiful homes here in a great location close to Brea Jr. High, downtown Birch Street Promenade, and the 57 freeway. 
Monthly dues are low and help pay for fire insurance, roof replacement, landscaping, and maintenance of the private streets. The greenbelts are always green, and seasonal flowers always seem to be in bloom.
The Country Road Homeowner's Association offers a clubhouse complete with kitchen, fireplace and conversation area. There are two pools (one is adult-only), a spa, and a wading pool for the little ones. The main pool has an acre of fenced-in common area with BBQ, greenbelt, and shade trees.
